This initial call is for us to discover how I can best support you in your health and wellness goals, especially when it comes to reclaiming ease of movement, natural good posture, and stress reduction. It introduces you to the secret ingredient in your body functioning that holds the solution to feeling better in your body and in your life. It provides you with at least one actionable item that you can implement immediately.
The focus of this session is to assess the underlying sources of your chronic tension or pain and to experience how the 5 key relationships of integrated functioning can resolve your specific challenges. You will learn at least two actionable items for greater ease from pain that you can implement in your daily life for increased wellbeing.
The focus of this mind/body coaching is to learn how to activate your body intelligence to experience how to sit, stand, and move effortlessly. It helps you do any activity you do with optimal efficiency. Sitting at your computer or dinner table, walking, squatting, lifting objects or children, playing an instrument or practicing a sport become easier. This work is based on the Alexander Technique which performers and Olympic athletes swear by. It has also become a valuable and appreciated asset for countless people. This work guides you to reduce, eliminate and even prevent chronic tension or pain in your life.
Integrated Life Coaching includes Coaching for Improved Posture, Ease of Movement, and Stress Reduction as well as many other modalities to support your Health & Wellbeing on a mind, body, heart, and soul level. The chronic nature of discomfort and pain can be purely physical, yet it can come from other dimensions of you that are intertwined with your physical symptoms. This work helps you know yourself in a deeper way and helps you improve how you think and talk about yourself, and also discover what are the limiting beliefs that need reframing so you can get more positive and sustainable results with your body and in your life. With each session you always take-home new actionable items that you can implement immediately to reclaim your Integrated Self.
